Ochil is one-hour from Edinburgh and Glasgow by road and rail. The constituency is best accessed in the west by the M9 (from both Edinburgh and Glasgow) : continue past Stirling to the last roundabout and take the Bridge of Allan Road. In the east, best access is by the M90 over the Forth Bridge from Edinburgh : turn off at Kinross. The main railway station is in Stirling, and there are regular trains from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth.
