George Magazine tries to shut down georgejr.com

                                                                                
John F. Kennedy Jr., publisher of _George_ magazine, is demanding               
that George Myers Jr. of Columbus Ohio stop publishing an                       
e-zine called "george jr."                                                      
                                                                                
A lawyer for _George_ magazine has sent a cease-and-desist letter to            
George Myers Jr., demanding that he not only rename his magazine,               
but also give up the domain name "georgejr.com".  The lawyer also               
wrote to the InterNIC demanding that the domain be de-registered.               
                                                                                
George Jr. is book review editor at the daily _Columbus (Ohio) Dispatch_.       
He published a column in the July 31, 1996 issue of the _Dispatch_,             
entitled "What's in a name?  Enough to annoy a big, bad Kennedy".
